Overview
The color/properties:
Taccia Momo is a saturated and vibrant hot pink. The color mostly appears solid, with minimal shading or tone variation. That might sound dull or uninspiring, but on the contrary, I really like the color.

This ink is well-behaved. There wasn’t any bleed-through or feathering on the test papers, and dry times were slightly above average, especially on Rhodia. The water resistance is hazy and may be difficult to read.

Performance in the pen:
The ink performed well. While the flow was on the drier side, it wasn’t unpleasant to write with and I didn’t experience any performance issues with this ink.
Cleaning took longer than usual: not only did the ink take longer than average to run clear (although I find this normal for pink inks), but there was a noticeable residue left in the pen that required a lot of scrubbing to remove. I don’t recommend using this ink in a demonstrator or anything that you would be afraid of staining.
Value/cost per ml:
As of writing, Taccia Momo sells for $15 for a 40ml bottle from most US retailers, making it roughly $0.32 cents per ml.
The bottle/packaging:
Momo comes in the standard Taccia bottle. The design is simple but elegant and reasonably functional. The glass presents the ink inside with excellent clarity, and the cap is large and easy to remove. The opening is large enough to get just about any pen into it for filling. When the level gets low enough, it should be easy enough to fill from a pipette or syringe. The Bottle is wide, so it feels stable, but for some reason — and I really can’t put my finger on it — whenever I open the bottle, I feel like any wrong movement will cause the ink to spill everywhere. I suspect that it’s because it has a wide opening, but also a relatively short neck. I particularly like the way this one looks with the bright color sloshing about inside.

Despite the fact that it seems to have an unfaltering determination to stick to everything you don’t want it to, I really like this ink. It’s one of the brighter and more vibrant pinks I’ve used and it really pops out at you, even with the needlepoint. This is an ink that I commonly recommend to people who want to try something different and I’ll continue to do so. (With the disclaimer that it can make an absolute mess.)
Side note — Momo is a word for peach. I know some peaches are somewhat pink, but I think they might have overshot this one.
